Get that confirmed in writing before any money moves, and weigh the answer as part of the decision.

Set against that, the same paragraph does something rare. It names Retrust OÜ as the payment agent, gives its Estonian registration number and Tallinn address, and states that this company also acts as EU-EEA representative for the licensed entity.
