The app is where it gets vague. No store listing is linked behind either button, no .apk is published for download, and no instructions appear anywhere — not a share-sheet route for iOS, not a browser-menu route for Android, not a sentence describing what the scan produces.
You are asked to point a camera at a code and accept whatever arrives.
That matters more here than it would elsewhere, because a QR code is the one install route a reader cannot inspect before committing to it.

What these pages do not carry is a way to reach a person. No e-mail address and no telephone number appear anywhere examined — a support link and a chat bubble are the whole provision, which is a curious gap in a footer this forthcoming otherwise.
The help centre lists eleven entries, and two of them cover terms: the general conditions, and a separate set headed Terms and Conditions VIP Club.
